This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from CGIPhotography.com, including 3D Modeling, CGI Packshot Rendering, Architectural Visualization, and Augmented Reality (AR) projects.
2. Payment & Service Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed (quote accepted, references received, and project initiated), the service is considered started.
After the final delivery is approved (or deemed delivered via email confirmation), the order is non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
All sales are generally final. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate or incorrect charges verified by our support team.
Major technical issues that make the delivered files unusable, provided you report the issue with proper documentation.
4. Refund Process
Report the issue within 5 business days via cs@cgiphotography.com or the Contact Us form.
Provide details: Include your order number, issue description, and screenshots or files if applicable.
Evaluation: We will assess whether the service qualifies for a refund or correction.
Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Subscriptions & Credits (if applicable)
For subscription plans or credits, used portions are non-refundable.
Unused credits or subscription periods are generally not eligible for cash refunds, but services may be available until the plan ends.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel before the project starts, notify us immediately by email.
Once work has begun (initial modeling, rendering, or preparation), the order becomes non-refundable.
